These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Marya.Shop, the online store operated by Marya.NYC, a New York–based company (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By visiting or making a purchase on Marya.Shop, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, you should not use this Site.

Marya.Shop sells original art prints and home décor items created by artist Marya Triandafellos for personal use by consumers in the continental United States.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase on Marya.Shop. By using this Site, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, text, graphics, video, and other materials on this Site are the property of Marya.NYC and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, display, or create derivative works from any part of the Site or its content without written permission from Marya.NYC.

The names, titles, logos, and marks appearing on this Site may not be used without prior written consent. Nothing on this Site grants, either expressly or implicitly, any right or license to use the trademarks or copyrighted materials of Marya.NYC or any third party.

4. Fair Use

All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice. We make every effort to display our products accurately, including colors and details, but cannot guarantee that your screen’s display will perfectly match the product.

Marya.NYC reserves the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time. All offers are void where prohibited by law.

6. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and shipping information. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount of your purchase, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, incomplete, or placed by resellers, dealers, or distributors. If an order is canceled, we will notify you using the contact information you provided.

7. Shipping and Returns

Orders are fulfilled as quickly as possible, and shipping times vary based on location. All sales are final. Returns and exchanges are only accepted for items damaged during delivery. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage at support@Marya.NYC.

We will replace the damaged item or issue a refund if a replacement is unavailable. Gifts are covered by the same policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

Your use of this Site and any products purchased from it is at your own risk. Marya.NYC provides all content and products “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Shipping and Return Policy

Marya.NYC (“Marya.NYC,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates Marya.Shop, the official online store for artwork by Marya Triandafellos. Each piece is made to order with care. As a small artist-run business, we cannot accept returns or exchanges based on personal preference or style choice. We will gladly replace or refund items damaged during shipping.

2. Returns for Damaged Items

If your item was damaged in transit, you may request a replacement or refund within 14 days of delivery. Please send an email to support@Marya.NYC with:

Photos showing the unopened box and the damaged item.
Your order number and contact information.
Your preferred resolution (replacement or refund).

3. Refunds and Replacements

We replace or refund items only if they arrive defective or damaged. Once your email and photos are reviewed, we will confirm receipt and notify you of approval or denial.

Approved replacement: a new item will be shipped to the same address.
Approved refund: a credit will be issued to your original payment method.

4. Gifts

If the item was a gift and arrived damaged, we can send a replacement to the gift recipient. Please email:

5. Shipping Information

All artwork is made to order and shipped directly from our print partners. Standard shipping times vary by product type and location, typically within 7–21 business days of order confirmation. Tracking details will be provided once your item ships.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We currently ship only within the continental United States.
